Leisha was absolutely amazing to work with. I was coming from Colorado, looking for a vacation home for my family and siblings. We emailed prior to my arrival to share thoughts on… "The One." Once we met, I knew Leisha and I were perfectly suited to work together. She was so knowledgeable about the coastal area, having grown up there. We had five potential homes to look at, and we knew #5 was "The One" as soon as we walked in. It had been on the market for three days, and by the end of the week, I was under contract. Leisha worked endlessly to make this happen! She walked me through every step from afar. It was a lucky find! From the beginning, she was very easy to work with and very helpful in doing comparable studies, setting the sale price, figuring out timing for going to market, and in selecting preparatory work on the house.
