Praise for Shelley Parker, an excellent realtor. I first connected with Shelley when I noticed her name associated with the sale of a property in Wheeler where my house is located. It was a lucky find! From the beginning, she was very easy to work with and very helpful in doing comparable studies, setting the sale price, figuring out timing for going to market, and in selecting preparatory work on the house. She masterfully put together very well written promotional material and exceptionally beautiful photography for the MLS listing. She was able to arrange an open house in just 4 days after listing and attract over 22 people. Only 2 days later we had 4 excellent over-asking price offers!
